Join us on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm at Campioni Restaurant to hear attorney Steven Messer talk about the preservation of electronic discovery under the recent amendments to the Federal Rules. Networking will be from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The CLE presentation will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Admission is $15 for HNBA members and $25 for guests.
About the Speaker: Steven Messer is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in a variety of matters including business disputes, business torts, breach of contract, fiduciary liability, construction, energy litigation (oil, gas, and power), and environmental claims. After practicing litigation with Haynes and Boone for a year, Steven clerked for the Honorable Lee H. Rosenthal, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. As a clerk, Steven was exposed to one the country’s most diverse dockets, gaining experience in a wide range of legal disputes. After completing his clerkship, Steven rejoined Haynes and Boone’s Litigation Practice Group.
