Join us on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm at Campioni Restaurant to hear Tanya Garrison speak about Proving up, Preserving, and Reversing Awards of Attorneys Fees.
Ms. Garrison practices in the area of civil appellate law and business litigation. She has worked at Weycer Kaplan since January 3, 2000. She is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Garrison enjoys trying cases on every level, from pre-trial negotiations thru the Texas Supreme Court. Ms. Garrison is skilled and experienced in jury trials, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and appellate matters. She takes every client’s problem on as her own problem and fights tirelessly to protect her client’s best interest. The greatest compliment from a client is that their attorney truly cared about their case and their business. Ms. Garrison cares about obtaining the best possible outcome for each of her clients.
Ms. Garrison represents plaintiffs, defendants, appellants, and appellees in a variety of cases ranging from business contract disputes to DTPA violations. Her work is primarily in the areas of contract, employment, business torts including fraud and misrepresentations, fiduciary duties, corporate disputes, real property disputes, landlord-tenant, trade secret work, banking and financing, and construction law. Ms. Garrison focuses her practice in Texas and particularly in Harris County, but represents Texas based clients across the United States.
